You can create a Pai Sho board design to submit to be added to The Garden Gate.
If you'd like to create a board design to be used on The Garden Gate, you'll just need to post it on Discord in the #board-designs channel, making sure the lines all match up with this image: https://github.com/thejambi/SkudPaiSho/b..._remix.png
